MISSION RAHAT SOCIETY

Uppal Neuro Hospital launched Mission Rahat’ on May 12, 2021 under its ‘Mission Rahat Uppal Neuro Hospital, is distributing free COVID-19 relief kits among indigent COVID-19 positive patients, The kits are being delivered free of cost at the patients’ doorsteps.

Uppal Neuro Hospital is providing financial help to the tune of Rs 1 lakh to children aged 10 years and under, who have been orphaned by COVID-19, as a part of Mission Rahat. The initiative is dedicated to the young orphans of Punjab.

Uppal Neuro Hospital conducted COVID-19 awareness campaigns and help desk in collaboration with the Amritsar District Administration ,Civil Surgeon’s Amritsar, at the Amritsar Railway Station and Amritsar Bus Stand. “Free masks, hand sanitizers and the facility of rapid antigen tests is being extended to passengers for more than a month,more than 6000 people have been tested at the specially instituted helpdesks and COVID-19 awareness campaign

SMT. RAJRANI UPPAL CHARITABLE SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN

We are running a charitable school for Special Children ( Handicapped & Mentally Retarded Children) for the last 10 years. , apart from occupational therapies for children provided by hospital.We are also  associated with other charitable institution like blind institute ( Amritsar), widow pension programme run by bhavan s.l public school.

STROKE FOUNDATION AMRITSAR

Dr. Ashok Uppal has also founded Stroke Foundation Amritsar for Academic support  and research purpose in stroke. Apart that we provide  Information to raise Stroke Awareness amongst the general public so that incidents of stroke reduce and symptoms of onset of stroke are recognized earliest and correct treatment started within the ‘Golden Hours’.
